Shadowridge at Melrose is a senior living community where we focus on helping our residents enjoy a great quality of life, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to be part of that!
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first face people see and the voice they hear, so being warm, welcoming, and helpful is key.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with a smile.
- Answer phones and help direct calls.
- Help residents with requests and questions.
- Schedule and assist with community tours.
- Support the office team with basic admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who truly enjoys working with seniors.
- Friendly, upbeat, and dependable.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Team player who likes to stay organized.
- No experience? No problem, we’ll train you!
